It was very hard to find anything of any length :-( My wife and I have two amazing daughters and I would like to leave something for them when the time comes, chance to “hear” their Dad, maybe pass on a few thoughts and along the way help you get closer to your goals and aspirations. I have been a full time property owner/landlord for 30 years. I hold undergrad degrees in International Affairs and Geography along with a Masters Degree in Business. In addition I am a United States Coast Guard Master and a New Zealand Launch Master. Offshore sailing has been a passion for decades and real estate has made those dreams a reality.
